This website (osmangroupx.com, the "Site") is owned and operated by Osman Group Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 80920309) with its registered office at Room A5, 7/F, Astoria Building, No. 34 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us", the "Company").

These terms govern your access to and use of the Site. Each of our products is governed by its own terms and policies, which prevail for that product: the terms for RedAnt are available at redantqueen.com; the terms for Paip.AI are available in-app and on its Apple App Store page.

3. 產品、付款與訂閱3. Products, Payments & Subscriptions

我們提供純線上交付的軟件產品及服務，不涉及實物商品：

We offer software products and services delivered entirely online; no physical goods are involved:

• 紅蟻 RedAnt：面向團隊的 AI 協作 SaaS，按席位收取月度訂閱費。價格於結賬前明確展示；訂閱按期自動續費，你可隨時取消，取消於當前計費周期結束時生效。網頁端付款由第三方支付服務商（如 Stripe）處理。
• RedAnt: an AI-powered team collaboration SaaS billed as a per-seat monthly subscription. Prices are displayed before checkout; subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Web payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
• Paip.AI：社交網絡移動應用。iOS 應用內購買由 Apple App Store 處理並受 Apple 條款約束；如提供網頁端購買（如解鎖高級 AI 功能的數字積分），付款同樣由第三方支付服務商處理。
• Paip.AI: a social networking mobile app. iOS in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's terms; any web-based purchases (such as digital credits for premium AI features) are likewise processed by third-party payment providers.

付款成功後，相關服務或數字內容將立即開通。

Access to the relevant service or digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment.

4. 退款政策4. Refund Policy

如你因技術故障而無法正常使用已付費的服務，且問題經合理時間仍未能解決，你可聯絡我們申請按未使用期間比例退款。已消耗的數字積分及已使用的訂閱期間不予退款。透過 Apple App Store 完成的購買，其退款按 Apple 的退款政策辦理。本條不影響你依適用法律享有的任何法定權利。

If a paid service becomes unusable due to a technical fault that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, you may contact us to request a pro-rata refund for the unused period. Consumed digital credits and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

5. 知識產權5. Intellectual Property

本網站及我們產品中的所有內容，包括文字、標識、圖形、界面設計及軟件，均屬本公司或其許可方所有，受香港及國際知識產權法律保護。未經我們事先書面同意，不得複製、修改、分發或作商業使用。

All content on the Site and in our products — including text, logos, graphics, interface designs and software — is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
